All returns are accepted within 7 days of receiving your garments. We will issue a code to worth the value of your return, excluding the postal cost to spend on our store. 

Returns should be made to:

All returns should be made with enclosed details such as: 

Why your making the return
If you would like store credit or an exchange ( if an exchange, what for and what size )
Your address, name & your order date.

However please contact us if there is any faults or damage with your garment(s) using the contact form and a refund will be issued. 

If chasing your order, please include details :

Your full name,
Your email,
Your order date & please be polite! 

As we make all garments our self, it can take 1-2 Weeks, working (Monday-Friday) for them to be made, at our busiest times of the year. Otherwise your shorts could be posted within 3 working days. A dispatch email will be sent when your garments are on there way.

Once the item is made, we will ship out Royal Mail 2nd Class Standard post. Arriving in 2-6 Working days (Monday-Saturday). Please note this is not sent tracked.

However post may be delayed for what ever reason, so please allow 15 days from the day of your purchase before contacting us about your order.
